Training was well set up and delivered. I was impressed by the extra tailoring based on the questions asked by the group, and knowing that there is ongoing support is a phone call away is wonderful. Thanks!

“The last two days have been excellent together with your supportive and positive approach to the online training. It was fantastic and I will be sharing my experience with others in our team so don’t be surprised if you get called upon to conduct further training.”

What I liked most about this training was that it was tailored to our scope. Dean’s industry knowledge was helpful in creating a relative schedule.

This is one of the best training I’ve had. Dean is one of the best trainers I’ve met.

This is a good course as is. Is was well organized and the instructor gave individual attention when the students had issues with various topics.

Dean was great and extremely approachable and helpful – went above and beyond basic at times to help assist our specific questions.

What I liked most about this training was the flexibility to share and discuss topics pertinent to our intended use of TILOS. Enjoyed the personal attention and detail.

Content and pace was very good and helped understand the basics.
